Dear Community of Supporters:

The last month at PIPCLT has FLOWN by! From our launch event, a new award from Hennepin County, to the debut of a new video we commissioned explaining the commercial land trust model, check out our exciting updates below and see what we've been up to.

THANK YOU to those who came to our Launch Event!

We had a fantastic launch event filled with community, northside vendors, great music, and delicious food. Check out our photos from the event here on our Facebook (and be sure to follow us)!

PIPCLT awarded $100,000 from Hennepin County TOD Program

We're THRILLED to have received a $100,000 grant from Hennepin County's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Program! This award will help bring substantial renovation to a long-vacant property at 19 East 26th Street.

Thank you, Hennepin County!

PIPCLT debuts video of the Commercial Land Trust Model!

The commercial land trust model is still unfamiliar to many people, so PIPCLT staff worked in partnership with creators at CRWN Media to create this video. Watch it to learn more about the basics of a commercial land trust and send it along to anyone you know who might be interested in hearing more!

We're so excited about what's been happening the last couple months and we look forward to bringing you more updates soon!

In partnership,

Domonique Jones | Executive Director
Felicia Perry | Business and Commercial Real Estate Manager
Britta Solberg Salas | Program and Operations Manager
