    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Prior to coming to PIPCLT, Domonique was a Program Director at City of Lakes Community Land Trust overseeing the Commercial Land Trust Initiative before it spun off to become PIPCLT.

  • Jacqueline Jackson

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Jackie has been active in the real estate industry since 2000. She has done property management in VA and NC. She is a licensed Realtor® in NC. Her Myers-Briggs personality results confirm that she has an excellent ability to take any task and define it, organize it, plan it, and implement it through to completion. She is detail oriented, results focused, a self-starter and a change agent.

  • Arthur Martin

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT


    Arthur brings the ability to wear many hats to support PIPCLT. From experience in research, writing, sales, human resources, music and video production, to 5+ years in executive administration and construction project management; he applies a wide-ranging skillset to help PIPCLT take on challenges and continue driving their mission.

  • Tescia Bratcher

    PROPERTY MANAGER

    Tescia began her real estate career in 2012 and has held positions ranging from onsite property management to leasing. She has experience in overseeing performance success for housing with services, lease-ups, stabilized, tax-credit, and commercial properties in urban and suburban markets, exceeding a portfolio of 1000+ units in Minnesota.

    COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

    Mer’Ce leverages her 15 years of client relationship development along with her passion for development to support the company's mission and vision. She has a strong background in professional and entrepreneurial development, training and facilitation, business development, project management support, leadership, and peer-to-peer coaching, which enables her to contribute to the success of the company's future clients.

    Jon is an experienced organizational leader with a demonstrated history of working in the government relations industry to secure funding for nonprofits and small businesses.
